PSGR is dedicated to the health and happiness of the goats we accept rescued and taken into our care. We advisedly screen each bidder and potential abode to insure it is a good fit for all involved. Pandora & her son Skittles are such an ambrosial female parent/son duo! We rescued Pandora from a flipper after he picked up her and Pepe (a cadet at the time) and was taking them to an auction to sell for slaughter. He called u.s.a. first and we are and so glad he did. Pandora is sweet and full of personality and since she was with Pepe, we knew she was likely pregnant. Pandora gave nascence to darling, blue eyed Skittles a few months afterwards. This handsome immature guy is such a love! We rescued Ruger after he went through multiple livestock auctions and was left behind at an sale house. He was so thin when he arrived but in time, he has become the healthy, happy boy that he is today. Lexi loves to be with her people, simply leaning on you for love while Marley loves to be decorated, playing and eating and making sure he gets his share of the attention. This beautiful lilliputian lady has quite the survival story. She was taken to a livestock sale at just a few days old alongside her mom. Her mom was sold for slaughter and baby Paisley was left behind by the heir-apparent. She was taken home by a meat broker and was canteen raised simply they didn't want her sold for slaughter so asked if we would take her in. Paisley is as sweet as she is pretty. Lotus is a beautiful, like shooting fish in a barrel going Lamancha doe that we rescued from a livestock sale where she was selling for slaughter. A few weeks afterwards, Lotus gave nascence to her long, leg baby girl Blossom. Blossom is full of fun personality and is curious and sweet and loves her mama. Gus (a Nubian wether) and Jaq (a Boer wether) are a pair of yearling BFFs that we rescued from a local slaughterhouse. We were at that place picking up an orphaned and sick baby and saw these two following the workers arond, wagging their tails looking for affection. The definition of "gentle giants", we are so happy we were able to rescue Emmett & Freddie before they ended up in the wrong hands. These 7 year old twins were bottle raised and cared for by a loving family. When they were unable to care for them, they put them for sale on craigslist for next to cipher. Rohan has quite the story! Rohan was found tied up and abandoned past some residents of a homeless encampment. They took him back to their campsite and then a member of another homeless encampment took him to his. When that person didn't return afterwards a few days, other residents took him to a homeless resource center non knowing what else to do. Contacts there had contacts who reached out to us and he came to us the side by side day. He obviously had non had a proper diet while on his "adventure" and seemed to be in shock. However he rapidly settled into farm life and love having caprine animal friends. He is such a dainty guy and volition now make a wonderful pet! Apply to adopt!

These gorgeous young twin sisters caught our eye when we were at a local slaughterhouse to pick up another rescue. We believe they are Golden Guernseys or a cantankerous. They have beautiful long hair. The girls are curious and sweet, when they first arrived they were so traumatized by all they had been through. They have come so far since their rescue and have truly come into their personalities.
